El libro compila las ponencias de las y los expertos nacionales e internacionales, que participaron en este evento durante diciembre del 2023.<\/span><\/p><p>Lilia Concha, directora del CPEIP, coment\u00f3 que \u201cel libro es el resultado del conocimiento compartido por expertos en educaci\u00f3n, nacionales e internacionales, durante el Congreso, referente a la formaci\u00f3n inicial docente, formaci\u00f3n continua y evaluaci\u00f3n docente. De esta manera, visibilizamos los aportes en experiencias innovadoras de la institucionalidad y de las escuelas\u201d.<\/p><p>Por su parte, el director de la OEI Chile dio las primeras palabras, donde destac\u00f3 el honor de haber liderado dicho Congreso, pues pone en \u00e9nfasis las labores que la organizaci\u00f3n ha realizado en estos 75 a\u00f1os de existencia, en la que es fundamental que la cooperaci\u00f3n suceda, donde \u201cla puesta en valor positiva que se le ha dado en este congreso con Buenas Pr\u00e1cticas Docentes\u201d.<\/p><p>Durante el evento, junto con presentar el libro, se realiz\u00f3 un panel con expertos sobre la formaci\u00f3n docente y las buenas pr\u00e1cticas, y estuvo compuesto por: Juan Casassus, Mar\u00eda de los \u00c1ngeles Villaseca, Luis Osand\u00f3n e Ilich Silva Pe\u00f1a.<\/p><p>Tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 la presencia de Nolfa Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez, Premio Nacional de Educaci\u00f3n 2021; Carlos Eugenio Becca, ex director del Cpeip; entre
