JORNADA CON EVALUADORES<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El d\u00eda jueves 03 de diciembre del 2024, se realiz\u00f3 la segunda jornada con 70 evaluadores y evaluadoras para la Certificaci\u00f3n de Acciones Formativas. <\/p>

En este encuentro participaron profesionales de la Unidad de Curr\u00edculum y Evaluaci\u00f3n, de la Divisi\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n General, Centro de Innovaci\u00f3n Mineduc, Subsecretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n Parvularia y de Centro de Perfeccionamiento, Experimentaci\u00f3n e Innovaci\u00f3n Pedag\u00f3gica, los cuales han sido validados por sus respectivas jefaturas para realizar la tarea de pronunciarse sobre la calidad y pertinencia formativa.<\/p>

El objetivo de la jornada fue reflexionar en torno a la pertinencia formativa de las trayectorias de las y los docentes. \u00bfC\u00f3mo una acci\u00f3n formativa responde a los desaf\u00edos de los tramos del sistema de reconocimiento? \u00bfQu\u00e9 diferencias deber\u00eda existir en relaci\u00f3n a las competencias a formar? \u00bfC\u00f3mo los principios de la Ley 20.903, se concretan en acciones pertinentes a los tramos inicial y temprano y profundizan o ampl\u00edan sus desaf\u00edos para los tramos experto 1 y 2?   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se intencion\u00f3 la reflexi\u00f3n grupal en torno al objetivo, se produjo un an\u00e1lisis profundo y un di\u00e1logo enriquecedor. Se gener\u00f3 una positiva reacci\u00f3n en los asistentes al disfrutar de una instancia que permiti\u00f3 intercambiar opiniones respecto del tema propuesto.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
